Return to the Glenn – Hoddle is back!

The Spurs Show podcast has announced it’s fifth live podcast of the season with arguably the most skilled player ever to pull on the white shirt, Glenn Hoddle. This one on one with Glenn is happening at the Lock 17 (Dingwall’s) in Camden Lock on December 11th and reservations for the event are already being taken for Spurs Show Season Ticket holders who get a ticket automatically (plus two automatic tickets for the previous three live shows and all the upcoming ones).

Host Mike Leigh said, “We had Glenn join us with Gary Mabbutt for a sell out live show in May 2014. Three years on and Spurs are in a different place entirely, with a great team and a great manager, plus we never really touched enough on Glenn’s playing career as much as we’d wanted to, so there’s a lot of ground to cover”.

As usual with all #SpursShowLIVE events fans get to meet, get autographs and have photos done with our Spurs Show legends.

Bobby will be joining the second of our intimate shows (if you missed the first ones with Hunter Davies check them out here and here). Fans of the Spurs Show scored a triple this week with the news that Pat Jennings AND Alan Gilzean will be appearing at Spurs Show LIVE this Christmas. It’s video of the day when the English FA named the new national manager, Roy Hodgson, so we decided to have a Steptoe and Son style celebration. Spurs fan Paolo Hewitt and Millwall’s Mark Baxter and Calum McNab berate hammer Mark Webster on his own podcast. at least you get to see Webster’s facial expressions on this first vodcast from the WB’s.

Look At The Garth On That!

It’s another Spurs Show vodcast where Garth Crooks makes his debut on the show and lifts the gloom with great anecdotes from the early 80’s.

Since Rupert Murdoch called Playback Media late one night last month, drunk and weeping, begging us to take his stake in Sky Sports (as “You b****rds are the only ones with low enough standards to run it the way I would”), we decided to start ‘filming’ and releasing more of our podcasts, as they happen, is situ. So, expect more vodcasts, for your eyes to enjoy.

For some inexplicable reason, Sports Tonight Live handed over the airwaves to Phil Cornwell and the boys for a Spurs Show Podcast Takeover. Thankfully, no lawsuits were filed, no OFCOM regulations were broken and no glasses were smashed.
